How It Works
Measure. Improve.
Retest.
Tall Lab is not a promise. It's a protocol. You find out what your posture may be costing you, you work on it daily, and then you measure again yourself.
Measure
Establish a real baseline: standardized morning and evening height measurements, plus your Tall Score from the Height Potential Test.
Improve
Follow a personalized routine built from your lowest-scoring categories. Roughly 10 minutes a day, no equipment required to start.
Retest
Repeat your original measurements under the same conditions at day 30. Same tape, same time of day, same protocol.
Don't take our word for it. Measure the results yourself.
Measurement Protocol
Don't guess. Measure.
Record every time
- • Morning height
- • Evening height
- • Date
- • Tall Score
- • Program day
For your baseline, take several standardized measurements across a few days rather than relying on a single reading. Same wall, same time of day, same footwear (none), heels together, eyes level.
Height naturally changes throughout the day as the spine loads and unloads. Being taller in the morning is normal — it is not permanent height gained, and Tall Lab will never present it that way.
Inside Tall Lab 30
30 days. Four phases.
Your Tall Score builds the routine. Every day you get a guided 10–15 minute session that targets your lowest-scoring categories — with milestone check-ins along the way.
Phase 1 — Reset
Restore mobility, improve posture awareness, and introduce basic alignment.
Phase 2 — Align
Reinforce better positioning while adding active postural control.
Phase 3 — Strengthen
Mobility creates opportunity. Strength helps you keep it.
Phase 4 — Integrate
Make improved posture easier to maintain all day.
- • Day 1 — baseline measurements and posture photos.
- • Day 15 — halfway check: retest your mobility markers.
- • Day 30 — final retest, side-by-side comparison, and a maintenance plan.

What you actually do each day
